All our rental apartments are individually furnished to a high standard with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms to ensure that your stay in London is homely and comfortable. You choose the apartment that you’d like to stay in – we do not allocate. Apartments are available to rent for up to 13 weeks at a time with discounts of up to 15% for stays of 1 week or more. Free unlimited super-fast Wi-Fi is included in the rental price allowing you to log in to Netflix or Amazon on our SMART TV’s and enjoy buffer free streaming or Freeview TV. Further benefits include a complimentary welcome pack consisting of fresh flowers, luxury toiletries and single estate teas, a two hour clean and change of Egyptian cotton bed linen and fluffy towels takes place for stays of 8 nights or more. A daily maid service can be arranged upon request for a small fee.

Our guests rent our serviced apartments not only because of our excellent customer service, but also because of our fantastic location in Chelsea in the heart of the most desirable neighbourhood in London. We are perfectly located for sightseeing and shopping, with many attractions being within a short 10 minute walk.
For example, on our doorstep we have the annual Chelsea Flower Show as well as some of London’s best museums – The Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum and Science Museums – ideal for dinosaur lovers. Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and Gardens, the Albert Memorial and Buckingham Palace are also all within walking distance.
When it comes to shopping, you are spoilt for choice. Knightsbridge, home to Harrods, is only a 10 minutes walk away and closer to home on Sloane Street, Brompton Cross and the Kings Road, you will find Prada, Chanel, Gucci, Jimmy Choo and many, many more tempting boutiques.
There are numerous fine-dining restaurants and entertainment venues immediately in the vicinity including the cutting-edge Royal Court Theatre at Sloane Square, The Saatchi Art Gallery, The Royal Albert Hall and the Cadogan Concert Hall.

How do I make a booking?
Most bookings are made through our own website where you can be guaranteed of the very best rates and offers available. As we do not allocate, you can select the apartment that you wish to stay in and dates required. The booking system is in real time so you know that once you have paid, your booking is secured.
For longer stays, please contact us direct and we will be happy to discuss long-term discounts with you. We guarantee that our own website has the best prices for Nell Gwynn Accommodation apartments. If you find them cheaper elsewhere, we will refund the difference plus £10. We also have special offers that are unique to this site. Please look at our special offers page for full details.
What do I pay?
You will pay the total anticipated cost of your stay of the accommodation in advance at the time of booking in Pounds Sterling plus any additional services that you have requested. Our standard occupancy is for two guests staring a double bed. If you would like to use the sofa bed, please select this as an “add-on” at the time of booking and we will ensure linen and towels are provided for you (additional costs apply)
We reserve the right to place a temporary hold of £300 of the available balance on the credit or debit card that is provided upon booking in advance of your arrival or at check-in. This pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds will have been debited from your account. The pre-authorisation fund is held on your card by your own issuing bank and released following check out minus any charges accrued during your stay.
What happens on arrival?
On arrival, you should report to the porters’ desk and advise them that you are a guest of Nell Gwynn Chelsea Accommodation withe a booking. The porters will have your details. Your luggage will be taken to your apartment or stored temporarily in a secure location before being taken up when the apartment becomes available.
At check-in you will need to present photographic ID and the card that you used to make the booking. You are also required to sign our registration form and license agreement and check that you are happy with the contents of the apartment as listed on the inventory.
We encourage you to check the inventory of your flat upon arrival and return it to us within 24 hours indicating any discrepancies or damage noted.
What can I expect in the apartment?
The apartment is fully described on the website with precise information as to the facilities offered.
We also provide a complimentary welcome pack to help you settle in including tea, coffee, milk and toiletries. We also provide an initial supply of toilet rolls, rubbish bags, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. There is a mini supermarket over the road where our guests can buy additional supplies as and when needed and many other food shops and markets along the Kings Road.
The apartment will have been cleaned to a high standard and checked to ensure the lights and appliances are working and everything listed for your apartment is in situ and undamaged. Each apartment contains a room folder with useful information inside including the WiFi code.
Should there be any problem please report it to the porters or to our office on the ground floor within 24 hours.
Is there Parking?
Unfortunately we do not have our own parking, however there is on-street parking with meters and there are a number of car parks in the vicinity. Please visit Parkopedia
Is the price negotiable?
The price quoted is the standard nightly price, however we have several special offers with discounts on longer stays from 7 nights or more (up to 15%) and other offers and promotions run throughout the year. Please see our special offers page for details. You do not need a Promo code for these.
Seasonal or other discounts and offers may also apply so to see the actual price for the desired period, go to make a reservation and fill in the desired start and finished dates. We guarantee that our best rates can always be found here on our own website, if not, we will match the difference and refund £10. By booking direct, you will also be able to access great offers and complementary upgrades in the future.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Your luggage can be left with the porters who will store it securely if you arrive before 3pm and the room is not available.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in or late-check out, this can be arranged by us if the apartment is free. We charge a 50% night rate for this.
Can I smoke in the apartments?
All of our apartments are non-smoking as are the communal areas. Any guest found or that we strongly suggest to have smoked in any of our apartments will automatically be charged £250
What should I do with valuables?
The owner does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to any of the customer’s possessions where the customer has failed to safeguard his/her property, in particular for the loss of any item which should have been deposited in the safe provided. You are asked to take reasonable precautions to make sure that your property is safe.

When do I pay?
Any reservation will be paid for at the time of the booking. Damage deposits and pre-authorisations (if taken) will be refunded and released using the same payment method that you used to pay with after check out assuming no additional service remain unpaid and the apartment has not been damaged during your stay.
What do you provide on arrival?
When you arrive in your apartment, you will find a few items in a complimentary welcome pack to help you settle in – fresh flowers, toiletries for a shower, tea and coffee, milk, 2 toilet rolls, garbage bags, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, cleaning cloth and scourer. You will need to buy more items once they run out. The Sainsbury’s mini supermarket over the road is open 7 days a week until late. There is a Waitrose and Marks and Spencer Supermarket on the Kings Road along wit numerous delicatessens, markets etc.
We will have also left instructions on connecting to the WiFi and information to help make your stay an enjoyable one along with any additional items which you may have requested at the time of booking.
What services can I expect?
Our office on the ground floor and to the left of the stairs as you look at them is open between 9.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these times, the porters’ desk is open 24/7 and is staffed by porters who are on hand to assist you with any queries you may have.
A weekly clean, linen and towel change takes place for stays of 8 nights or more and is included in the rate. A daily maid service can be arranged upon request for a small additional fee along with fresh towels if required.
A Royal mail collection takes place from the post box located at the bottom of the main stairs Monday to Friday.
Is there transport available?
We can arrange airport transfers for you ahead of your arrival and departure. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org to book.
There is a black taxi rank just outside the front entrance of Nell Gwynn House. If there are none available you can ask a porter to call one or we can book a private car with a driver using the discount rates that we have negotiated.
For those who wish to take advantage of the Mayor of London’s bicycle hire scheme there is a nearby docking station on Sloane Avenue.
The 360 bus runs outside the building along Sloane Avenue northwards to the museums and the Royal Albert Hall or southwards via Sloane Square.
City Car Club has a vehicle in a bay located adjacent to the building. They are the largest independent car club operator in the UK and provide vehicles to rent by the hour.
The best way to travel on the London Underground/Tube is with a contactless debit/credit card which you swipe in and out at the entrance and exit to tube stations. This will also work on buses. If your card is not contactless, you can buy an oyster card from Tube stations or we can arrange to have one ready for your arrival if you request it at the time of booking.
