Dear Guests

Considering the increase of cases of COVID-19 in the UK, Nell Gwynn Chelsea Accommodation would like to update all guests, current and future, of the measures we are taking to ensure your safety during your stay. We are welcoming guests and will continue to do so, ensuring they are protected during this outbreak.

We are monitoring the situation and following advice from the NHS and UK government and will continue to update our policies according to this advice.

Nell Gwynn Chelsea Accommodation is working closely with the Management of Nell Gwynn House supporting their efforts to ensure guests are safe in the building. Hand sanitisers have been installed in public areas and Restrooms and we are in the process of providing them in our apartments as well, for the use of our guests.

Advice on what to do if you are feeling unwell during your stay can be found in your apartment.

If you have any concerns regarding your reservation, your stay or if you are feeling unwell, please contact our team immediately by email to info@nellgwynnchelsea.london.

As a precautionary measure, in line with prevention efforts taking place across the UK, we are temporarily closing the office for the well-being of our guests and staff, until further notice. 

In the meantime, we are available remotely via email:

Monday – Friday: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm

Saturday-Sunday: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm (emergencies only)
