Nell Gwynn Chelsea Accommodation Update on Coronavirus and Works to the Building

Dear Guests,

We hope you are well and safe during this unprecedented time. 

Nell Gwynn Chelsea Accommodation would like to update all guests, current and future, of the measures we are taking to ensure your safety during your stay and the works that are taking place. We are welcoming guests and will continue to do so, ensuring they are protected during this outbreak.

As advised by the Building Management of Nell Gwynn House, from November 2021 to October 2022, there will be refurbishment works taking place at the front and back of the building. The work will take place between Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. There may be an element of noise. No worker will access any apartments at any time and will only work solely on the front of the building.

 The building still continues to operate as normal. Your reservation will not be affected. Reception will be available 24/7 to assist everyone with enquiry.

We are monitoring the situation and following advice from the NHS and UK government and will continue to update our policies according to this advice.

Nell Gwynn Chelsea Accommodation is working closely with the Management of Nell Gwynn House supporting their efforts to ensure guests are safe in the building.

As a precautionary measure, in line with prevention efforts taking place across the UK, we are temporarily closing the office for the well-being of our guests and staff, until further notice. 

In the meantime, we are available:

Monday – Friday: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm

Saturday-Sunday: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm (emergencies only)
