Recall the elegance of the Titanic with the first-class passengers’ ‘last supper’

More than a century after it set sail, both the tragedy and the luxury of the RMS Titanic voyager ship are legendary.

Hoxley and Porter — a noted London cocktail bar and eatery in Islington with period décor that recalls the Titanic — is serving a three-course menu on Thursday, 13 April, inspired by the last supper consumed by first-class passengers on that date in 1912, the day before the ship struck an iceberg in the North Atlantic and sank.

Oysters and punch will be offered upon arrival, and the sumptuous meal will be accompanied by live music, cocktails, rums and gins.
